Safe TMS has the ability to update the status of your tickets after a successful transport. For example; if you are using Jira, you can use this functionality to automatically advance to the next workflow step.
Obviously; your ticketing system needs to have a corresponding API for that, which should have been called in TickSys before filling this table.
